You can submit your application to the Ombudsman for the ENGIE Group, if:
- You have submitted a written complaint to the Customer service and then to the Consumer service of ENGIE and are dissatisfied with the latter’s response.
OR - You have submitted a written complaint more than two months ago to ENGIE, regardless of the department contacted, and have met one of the following conditions:
– you have received no response from ENGIE;
– or you are dissatisfied with the response received.
