The website of the ENGIE Group’s Mediation service has been developed in accordance with Internet standards. The following minimum system requirements are needed to access and use this website: any computer installed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later, or Safari 3.0 or later. This website contains Flash animations that require the Flash Player 10 plug-in or later.
3. Intellectual property rights
All text, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the http://www.mediateur-engie.com website are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights, which are applicable worldwide. Pursuant to the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, all text, comments, works, illustrations and images may only be used for private purposes only. Any other use will constitute an infringement subject to the penalties stipulated in intellectual property law, unless prior consent has been received from the ENGIE Mediation service.
Any personal data about you collected on the web site are used for the treatment of the mediation request and for quality improvement.

The procedure to block the cookies depending of your navigator are:
- If you use Internet Explorer navigator

- If you use Firefox navigator

Select the files and delete them
- If you use Safari navigator
In your navigator, click on “Edition>Preferences” in the menu
Click on “security”
Click on “View the cookies”
Select the cookies you want to delete and select “delete” or “delete all”
Finish by clicking on “Terminate”
- If you use Google Chrome navigator
Click on “Tools” in the menu.
Click on the tab “Advanced options” and access to the section “Confidentiality”.
Click on the button “View cookies”.
Select and delete the files you want to delete.
Click on “close” and go back to your navigator.
