When should i submit a matter to the Ombudsman?

After writing to the entity your dispute concerns, in accordance with the complaint processes stated in your contract and indicated by the said entity (on its web site), you can refer your case to the Ombudsman if:

  • You are still dissatisfied after the entity has responded, in accordance with its internal complaints handling process,
  • You have not received a reply from the ENGIE Group entity within 2 months of sending your letter.
