The remit of the ENGIE Group’s Ombudsman covers all disputes concerning ENGIE Group entities.
It can be with all contract concluded with an entity of ENGIE Group, it can concern energy furniture or service provision, like for example maintenance of boilers, or concerning energy efficiency or auto-production.
The Ombudsman has also the authority to deal with a dispute with ENGIE Group, even without contractual link. It is the case when a dispute has began before the contractual relation with ENGIE Group.
