What is a dispute?

A dispute is the expression of a width between two or more parties, which may lead to mediation, conciliation or arbitration, or even be referred to the courts for resolution. A dispute is more than a complaint: it starts when, notwithstanding your exchanges of views with the staff of the company you have a problem with, no satisfactory solution can be found to your problem.

The mediation service can be referred to in the following cases: qualifying conditions for mediation.

If you have a long-standing problem with an ENGIE Group company, do not hesitate to contact the Ombudsman.
