Recommendation 8: “Explain rectified bills”

1- Observation

When so-called “rectified” bills are sent, the lack of explanations may lead the customer to question them and prevent payment of the bill.

2- Recommendation

On rectified bills, add the requisite explanations and make sure they tally with the explanations provided by the distributor (GRDF or ENEDIS (ex-ERDF)) for an adjustment.
