What purpose do the ENGIE Group Ombudsman’s recommendations serve?

The recommendations that the Mediator publishes every year in his annual report should enable:

  • the companies concerned to improve their current processes that caused the disputes that the Ombudsman handled during the past year,
  • claimants to have the satisfaction of seeing that their dispute has at least brought to light shortcomings in the company so that other people do not experience the difficulties they did.
