Partnership of the Club of Public Service Mediators

The Club of Public Service Mediators

The Mediator is a member of the Club des Médiateurs de Services au Public. It is an association of mediators from organisations (companies, administrations, local authorities) that share the same values in terms of mediation in France.

The purpose of this association is to promote mediation in accordance with the principles set out in the Charter of Mediators of Service to the Public.
To this end, it promotes the exchange of good practices between mediators for quality mediation.

It is also a forum for public authorities to have a link with mediators, their working context, their operating methods, expectations and needs… Thus, the President of the Club of Mediators set up a working group that proposed ideas during the work prior to the drafting of the order of 20 August 2015.
